Happy New Year

Happy New Year to you! We have arrived back to Charlotte after a long and wonderful time in Florence and then a New Years trip with friends to Myrtle Beach. It was wonderful being with family and friends. The children did great during our 14 day journey.

So we are back into the swing of things beginning with Winter Term at RTS - Hebrew 2 for Wes. He is learning to read sentences out of the original Hebrew bible (biblia sacra). It will be a two week course and then he'll have a one week course (Classics of Personal Devotion).

Then the semester will begin in February. Not much to report as of now. Just thankful to be here, very much appreciating our wonderful time at Christmas and looking ahead to what the Lord has in store for 2010.

soli deo gloria!

(and the picture was just really sweet to me of Walker's cheeks)
